Heather Townsend brings a lifetime of real estate experience and a heart for helping others to her role as Assistant Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Realty in Naples, Florida. Growing up in a real estate household in Wheaton, Illinois, Heather was inspired by her mother, a Managing Broker with Coldwell Banker for over 35 years, and her father, a dedicated agent for more than 25 years. That legacy shaped her path from an early age.

With 27 years as a licensed real estate professional, Heather has worn many hats in the industry — from working alongside her husband Joe in commercial real estate, to managing rentals and property portfolios, to guiding clients through residential sales. Her deep, hands-on experience across all facets of real estate laid the perfect foundation for her transition into leadership four years ago.

Before real estate, Heather spent 15 years as a beloved Kindergarten teacher, a role that honed her patience, empathy, and passion for helping others grow — qualities that continue to define her leadership style today.

Outside of work, Heather is all about family and the outdoors. She cherishes time with her husband Joe and their two children, Annie (21) and David (24), and also enjoys being with her parents and aunt. Whether she's playing pickleball, swimming, boating, rollerblading, or walking the beach, Heather finds joy in staying active and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Known for her positivity and unwavering support, Heather is driven by a simple but powerful mission: to help people achieve their goals — whether they’re clients, colleagues, or members of her community.
